How much will cost your accounting services?

To answer this question it is necessary to assess volume of work, i.e. quantity of transactions to be processed. Besides, you should be ready to answer several questions about your company: what tax system has been selected, what activity is practiced by your company, staff number. Afterwards, it is possible to determine basic price depending on fair cost of accounting services.

What shall be done if an accountant left papers in confusion? How to continue accounting in such a case?
To continue keeping books of your company one should assess “scale of disaster”, i.e. determine for what period records should be restored, what is done wrongly or what is omitted at all. Following adjustments, amendments in accounting records, submission of corrected (adjusted) returns, one may continue maintenance of accounts and tax returns.

Who would collect primary records and submit reports to the Federal Tax Service and funds?
Our courier may deliver primary records and documents against signature. However, our clients prefer arriving themselves to our office. By monthly transferring primary records for processing purposes, our clients are able to discuss in person all issues of concern, get advice and have conversation.
We deliver all reports to the Inter-regional Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and Social Security Fund by telecommunication channels, by post with the schedule of enclosures, and in extreme cases through representative by proxy.

What warranties do you provide?

Our responsibility for timely submission of reports and accurate reflection of transactions in accounting records is specified in the contract. If any penalty is imposed to your company through the fault of our specialist, our company would indemnify financial loss to your company.

What works are included in services?


Complete list of duties of the chief accountant is included in the list of mandatory works under the contract:

  • Tax imputation;
  • Collection and processing of primary accounting records;
  • Preparation and submission of the set of accounting reports and tax returns to  the Inter-regional Federal Tax Service, Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and Social Security Fund;
  • Execution of payment orders;
  • HR accounting
